Sunstainy partners with a sustainable restaurant to revamp their marketing and strategy efforts both online and offline. This ongoing project involves a multifaceted approach, including customer relationship management, tapping into net target markets and network building. I’ve also focused heavily on online marketing, utilizing SEO/SEA, meta ads, and social media to boost the restaurant’s online visibility. Internally, we’ve streamlined communication processes and implemented a loyalty program to reward repeat customers. My efforts extend to maintaining and enhancing the restaurant’s website, ensuring it reflects their commitment to sustainability and offers a seamless user experience.
