Bouillon is created to help food businesses overcome the challenges of adding more vegan items to their menus, recognizing the importance of plant-based options for both health and the planet. This consultancy combines the expertise of my best friend Chris, a seasoned chef with experience in both vegan and non-vegan restaurants, and myself, a sustainable marketer with a background in hospitality, sustainable food production and consumption. We assist restaurants, cafes, and other food businesses in incorporating more plant-based options. And the name? Well bouillon is making everything flavoursome! Oh and Chris gifted me a large kilo box of stock powder once since I am such a fan 😄.
